Payment Term
At Indo Furnish Export, we prioritize transparency and reliability in every transaction. Under our FOB (Free on Board) Indonesia terms, payment is structured to ensure mutual trust and smooth operations. A 50% down payment is required to confirm the order, with the remaining 50% payable upon presentation of a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). All payment details are clearly stated in our proforma invoice and sales contract, ensuring a secure and predictable transaction for our global buyers.
Shipping & Delivery
At Indo Furnish Export, we manage shipping and delivery with the same transparency and care as our production process. We operate under FOB (Free on Board) Indonesia and EXW (Ex Works) terms to provide flexibility to our buyers.
For FOB transactions, we arrange and oversee the loading of goods at the designated Indonesian port, while buyers handle the freight and insurance beyond the port of loading.
For EXW terms, buyers arrange pickup directly from our facility.
We work closely with trusted logistics partners to ensure that all shipments are properly packed, documented, and delivered on time. Once goods are shipped, a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) will be provided to the buyer to complete the payment process and facilitate import procedures on their side.
Warranty & Quality
At Indo Furnish Export, quality is our top priority across all products and materials. Every item undergoes a thorough quality control process before shipment to ensure it meets the agreed specifications and international standards. We stand behind the durability and workmanship of our furniture and guarantee that all items shipped are as described in the sales contract.
If any manufacturing defects are found upon delivery, buyers are encouraged to notify us immediately with clear evidence (photos or videos) so we can review and provide an appropriate solution. Our commitment to quality gives our buyers confidence and peace of mind when sourcing from us.
Liability & Limitation
At Indo Furnish Export, we strive to fulfill every order according to the agreed specifications and timelines. However, our liability is limited to the scope of our contractual obligations. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, shipping line delays, or customs clearance issues at the destination country.
Our responsibility covers replacement or agreed compensation for verified manufacturing defects as stated in our warranty policy. By maintaining clear limitations, we ensure fair and transparent cooperation with our global buyers.
