1. General Information
Indo Furnish Export is an Indonesian furniture manufacturer and exporter specializing in teak, rattan, and mixed-material furniture.
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Information & Custom Orders
All products displayed on our website are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish due to the natural characteristics of the materials.
Custom orders, designs, or finishes can be developed based on buyer specifications and must be confirmed in writing before production.
Product samples can be provided upon request.
3. Pricing & Quotation
All prices are quoted in USD (Free on Board – FOB Indonesia) unless stated otherwise.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the issue date and may vary based on raw material costs or exchange rates.
Taxes, insurance, and freight charges are not included unless explicitly agreed upon.
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms:
50% down payment upon order confirmation.
50% balance payment before shipment or upon copy of Bill of Lading.
Alternative terms can be discussed for long-term partnerships or bulk orders.
5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
We apply a flexible Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) to support various business needs — from sample projects to large-scale orders.
For trial or pilot projects, our MOQ starts from 5–10 units per item, depending on the product type and materials used.
This allows buyers to evaluate our craftsmanship, finishing, and packaging quality before moving into mass production.
Once the sample or trial phase is approved, production can be scaled smoothly while maintaining consistent quality standards.
6. Production Lead Time
Production typically takes 4–7 weeks after deposit confirmation, depending on order quantity, design complexity, and material availability.
For sample production, the estimated time is 3–7 days after design and specification approval.
Any delay caused by force majeure (natural disasters, political conditions, or shipment disruptions) will be communicated promptly.
7. Quality Control & Inspection
All products undergo strict export-grade quality control.
Buyers may request a third-party inspection prior to shipment, with inspection costs borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
We provide visual documentation of the production and packing process for transparency.
8. Shipping & Risk Transfer
All shipments are made under FOB terms (Surabaya or Semarang Port) unless specified differently.
Risk and responsibility are transferred to the buyer once the goods are loaded on the vessel.
We can assist in recommending trusted freight forwarders or arrange shipment upon request.
9. Warranty & Claims
We guarantee that all products are manufactured to meet the agreed specifications and quality standards.
Any claim for damage or defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods, supported by photos and documentation.
Replacement or compensation terms will be discussed based on case evaluation.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content displayed on this website are the property of Indo Furnish Export unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any dispute arising shall be settled amicably or, if necessary, through arbitration in Surabaya, Indonesia.
